Brief Introduction

China International New Materials Fair 2009—CINMF2009, an event of fine chemical industry in China,will be held on March 21 to 23,2009 at Handan International Convention & Exhibition Center in Handan,Hebei province,China.

More than 300 exhibitors from over 10 nations—an exhibition area of 20,000sq.m.— about 8,000 qualified international visitors.

The event will highlight technologies and manufacturing processes,as well as applications and markets in China and worldwide.The fair provides the best possible opportunity for a concentrated and efficient exchange.

Recent years,China government has drawn more attention to the research,development and industrialization of new chemical materials.The nation has invested a lot of capital to contruct many projects,including National Key Laboratory,National Research Center and Major Science and Technology Projects,and implement many projects of high-tech industrialization of chemical industry,which lead a great deal of social capital into new chemical industry and promote to aquire major breakthrough in variety of fields for R&D.

Handan’s strategic location,excellent facilities,fascinating cultural contrasts and tourist attractions contribute to its success as a leading destination for both business and pleasure.Located at one of the crossroads of four provinces in China, including Shanxi,Hebei,Shandong,Henan,Handan’s position has helped it grow into a major centre for trade,communications and tourism. For many years’ construction, a new materials industry base has been shaped in Handan,the chief city of the central economic zone consisted by above four provinces.China’s scientific development concept and sustainable development strategy as well as the broad market herald a bright future for China fine chemical industry.

CINMF2009 is planned to emerge as international, high-level,market-oriented and technology-oriented show. With the extensive support from the government,industrial and academic organizations, CINMF,a new platform of new chemical industry in  China,will be shaped to large-scale and international authoritative fair.

Rental of raw space at US$ 100/sq.m(min. area 36 sq. meters, exhibitors will have to set up their stands at their own expense.)

Rental of shell scheme stands at US$ 1,000/9sq.m

Participation procedures

1.        Download the application form from website, www.cinmf.com.cn,and fill in the form,then e-mail to xcl-expo@163.com or fax to +86-311-87894547.

2.        Upon receipt of the Form,the Show Management Office will inform the applicant and send the Notice of Booth Confirmation and Payment.

3.        Deposit: Fifty percent (50%) of the total participation fee must be remitted within one week upon receipt of the Notice.And the PC is necessary to be faxed to us.Your booth/stand will be finally confirmed only when the bank transfer is arranged.

Balance,50% of the total participation fee is requsted to remit to the Show Mangement Office not later than Feb.21,2009)

4.        Upon receipt of the balance,the invoice for payment will be sent to the applicant by mail or on site.

Move-in and Move-out:

Due to the bearing and area limit of the exhibition halls,large-scale machinery and equipments will be exhibitted outdoor.

The relavant rules will be announced to exhibitors and construction contractors.

Registration:Visitors online free pre-registration and on-site registration.Badges will be sent to exhibitors by mail in advance or on site.

Exhibitiors Manual:Two months ahead, two versions,Chinese and English,which include all kinds of service information will be mailed to exhibitors.

Show briefing:Include Visitor Guide,Exhibitors’ List, Exhibition Floor Plan, the layout of services’ facilities,Show venue and traffic map, Travel Guide.Above all will be assigned to exhibitors by mail in advance and on site.

Recommendation of a forwarding agent for transportation of your exhibits and freight.

Recommendation of a stand contractor for stand design,construction and additional furniture.

Recommendation of accomodation.

Catering: Offering lunch for free during the exhibition period. Set up an area of Chinese and western fast-food.
